Bill is CEO of ECW Advisors, LLC a Strategic Advisory Firm specializing in CEO and CFO Advisory and Outsourced C-Level solutions. Bill has over 25 years of strategic, financial and operational leadership working with early stage, middle market, high growth, distressed and multi-billion dollar organizations. As an experienced executive, Bill advises clients with executive/owner coaching, business, financial and operational strategies, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, financing, developing and implementing business plans, cash flow strategies, budget preparation and other profitability and business development analyses.
Bill Chairs the Board of the Greater Baltimore Committee’s, Small Business Council.
Bill serves on the Board of Directors for the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. Bill also Chairs the Parents Council for the school as well. As a mentor for the University of Maryland, College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business, he works with students from the Undergraduate Emerging CFO Fellows Program and the MBA Corporate Finance Program.
Bill is the current President of the Board and past Treasurer of The Margate Community Association. Bill has served as Treasurer and Board Member for Green Valley Swim Club. He has formerly been a member of the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs.
He was past chair of the Product Advisory Committee for Hyperion Software a $500 million plus financial software firm.
Bill serves on the Board of Directors and Boards of Advisors for several privately held companies.
Bill has a B.S degree in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park.
